G-FEST XIX Registration
Register for G-FEST XIX by regular mail or online via PayPal. Use the Registration form in G-FAN magazine or the printable form to register by mail. Registrations received prior to June 27th will receive confirmation by Email. All registration material wil be available at the G-FEST Registration Table in the lobby of the Crown Plaza Chicago O’Hare beginning Friday, July 13th, 2012 at 10:00 AM. The registration fee is refundable in full (minus a $5.00 handling fee) until June 25th, 2012. After that, no refunds will be granted.
Registration by Regular Mail
On the Printable Registration Form, list the names of all attendees, their status (adult, youth, or child), and whether an Awards Luncheon ticket is required for each attendee. Make checks payable in U.S. dollars to Daikaiju Enterprises Ltd. Mail your check and Registration Form to:

Weekend Admission
Early bird rate, available until February 29, 2012
- Adult: $35.00
- Youth (15 and under): $15.00
- Child (5 and under): FREE!
Daily Admission
Daily admission is all on-site, no pre-registration.
- Adult: $25.00 per day
- Youth (15 and under): $10.00 per day
- Child (5 and under): FREE!
Awards Luncheon
- Adult: $22.00
- Youth and Child: $15.00
Other Charges
G-FEST Movies
Films at the Pickwick Theater are still to be announced, but we are planning to stage another kaiju double-double bill for early arrivers. Further details will be posted when available.
Rooms and Parking
Room charges and parking are the responsibility of the attendees. Parking for G-FEST attendees is $5.00 per 24 hour period.
